About Ian Tolliver :
Ian Tolliver was born and raised in East Preston, Nova Scotia. In 1997 he moved to Toronto after studying Computing Science at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In Toronto Ian obtained a Diploma in Computer Programming from CDI College of Business and Technology and his certification in Construction Project Management at George Brown College.
Ian’s professional career includes employment at Altus Group as a Cost Consultant over the last two years and at BMO Bank of Montreal for over a decade. At BMO Bank of Montreal, Ian held various positions in both the Personal and Commercial Departments, where he excelled.
An important aspect of Ian’s life is his dedication to giving back to his community. Ian is an active member of Junior Achievement of Canada, where he works with young students to discover their leadership, entrepreneurial and workforce readiness skills. Ian was the Young Professional Co Chair for the Black Business Professional Association (BBPA) from 2011 to 2015.
